Our Vision
Together, this slate envisions a future where every child in St. Louis Public Schools is empowered to achieve their fullest potential through equitable opportunities, innovative education, and unwavering community support. Their collective platform includes:
Raising Student Outcomes: Setting clear district-wide reading goals to improve literacy rates by at least 10% and providing free tutoring for all students.
Behavioral Support: Reprioritizing funds to support families and teachers in addressing behavioral challenges.
Starting Sixty: Establishing a competitive pay schedule with a starting salary of $60,000 for teachers to attract and retain top talent. (barnettforslps.org)
Why Vote the Slate?
One board member alone cannot drive the systemic changes our schools need. By electing this cohesive team, you're supporting a shared commitment to equity, transparency, and progress. Together, they will amplify the voices of students, educators, and families, ensuring that every policy and decision reflects the community's needs.
Join us in building the future our schools deserve. Vote for Barnett, Davis, and Walker on April 8th.
